    Brandon C. Kvistad , of Melrose Park, has been named to dean's list for the spring 2010 semester at the University of St. Francis, Joliet. Students who have attained a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher at the end of the semester in which he or she has taken at least 12 credit hours are named to the dean's honor list.

    Laura Bach , daughter of Elizabeth and Bernard Bach, of River Forest, received an undergraduate degree May 21 from Washington University in St. Louis. Bach graduated Summa Cum Laude with Excellence in Anthropology with a bachelor of arts in anthropology with minors in public health and political science from the College of Arts and Sciences.
