ROCK HILL — A South Carolina woman has pleaded guilty to leaving her three children home alone overnight while she attended a Super Bowl party. The Herald of Rock Hill reported that 42-year-old Virginia Garcia of Rock Hill pleaded guilty Tuesday to illegal conduct toward a child.
