Defiance College is an independent, coeducational institution related to the United Church of Christ. Through personal caring attention within an ecumenical Christian environment that values people with different beliefs, our community of learners is dedicated to nurturing the whole person through development of the intellectual, emotional, spiritual, social and physical dimensions of self. We seek to inspire within our students a search for truth, a sensitivity to our world and the diverse cultures within it, the ability to lead in their chosen professions, and a spirit of service.   • Weekend College offers students the chance to earn a Master's degree in Business and Organizational Leadership, or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or Organizational Supervision and Leadership in a flexible every-other weekend format. Weekend College also offers an associate degree in Business Administration and a minor in Information Technology.
  • Northwest corner of Ohio at the confluence of the Auglaize and Maumee Rivers; one hour from Lima and Toledo, Ohio, and Ft. Wayne, Indiana; two hours from Detroit, Michigan; two-and-a-half hours from Columbus and four hours from Chicago, Illinois. The city of Defiance has 18,000 residents. The campus is located on 150 acres in a beautiful residential area of Defiance, which includes 18 buildings and access to the 200 acre Thoreau Wildlife Sanctuary.
