- St. Norbert College is a Catholic, liberal arts and sciences college founded in 1898 by a young Dutch priest, Fr. Bernard H. Pennings. Pennings was a member of the Norbertine Order, which is now more than 850 years old. St. Norbert College is the only Norbertine institution of higher education in the world.

Another confirmed case of H1N1 virus at Saint Norbert College. Three students have now tested positive in De Pere. Students are trying to stay focused on finals this week. Despite the fact the flus has hit close to home. Many students just want to make it through the week and go home. -
