• The College's liberal arts heritage focuses on scholarship, critical thinking and academic excellence to prepare the students to become members of a responsible citizenry.
• The academic program of Missouri Valley College has been formulated to promote the development of the student within the mission and goals of the College. • Missouri Valley College was founded in 1889 and now features 27 academic majors and an enrollment of 1,425 students. The College takes great pride in offering a four-year, highly-personalized education to each of its students.

  The Marshall High School Class of 2011 celebrated all night at Project Graduation on May 22. The drug and alcohol free celebration held at the Burns Athletic Complex at Missouri Valley College was attended by approximately 165 seniors and 65 guests.
