- The program offerings include courses in women's studies, environmental speaker series, which brings both local and national figures to campus to share their experiences, a student-run organization that sponsors trips, a retreat, open circle gatherings, and other activities, a WE LEAD certificate that students earn while participating in WE LEAD.
- Unity College offers 20 Bachelor’s and 3 Associate’s degrees. We offer more environmental programs than any college in the U.S. This woman-centered program is designed to broaden and enrich the college experience, and to encourage personal discovery, empowerment, and a sense of community at the college and beyond.

Unity college students typically place a premium on jobs that do not require sitting behind a desk! An education at Unity can be your first step to a position with a biological research center, state park, wildlife refuge, nature education center, or wilderness recreation organization.
