As the 2010 - 2011 school year comes to a close the Hanover Permanent Scholarship Fund, Inc. is pleased to announce the awarding of $28,475 in scholarships to 42 deserving graduating high school seniors from Hanover and $4,290 in continuing scholarships to nine Hanover college students to help fund their higher education. -
