Baccalaureate degrees are offered in engineering, the sciences, computer science, business areas, social sciences, nursing, and humanities, and engineering technologies. Associate degrees are offered in engineering and industrial technologies, health, business, and general studies, The College also offers a Regents degree program for nontraditional students as well as extension and continuing education. One graduate degree, the master's of engineering, is offered.
Tech not only offers great academics, but we also have an extended campus life for our students. With over 50 clubs and organizations, a strong intramural sports program, cultural, intellectual and entertainment programs and other extra-curricular activities. We are located within easy access to many outdoor activities like skiing, whitewater rafting, camping, fishing, hiking, biking and rock climbing.
According to U.S.News & World Report's 2005 Best Colleges edition, Tech's engineering program was ranked in the top 100 nationwide. In addition, the 2004 U.S.News & World Report Best Colleges edition, Tech was ranked 4th among public comprehensive colleges in the South.
