A non-profit, non-partisan group, Citizens Against Government Waster (CAGW) has released their annual Congressional Pig Book, exposing pork-barrel spending that has occurred this year among lawmakers. According to the group Texas ranks low in pork-barrel spending with $465 million in pork projects.
