The featured speaker will be Juan Rivera, the former Waukegan man who spent nearly 20 years in prison for a 1992 murder before his conviction was reversed by the appellate court.

    Officials say the third student from a suburban Chicago school struck and killed by a Metra train this year is the son of Lake Forest College's president. President Stephen Schutt says the victim discovered early Sunday morning was his son, Lake Forest High School senior Edward Schutt. The 18 -year-old is the third student from the school to be killed by a Metra train this year. Fifteen-year-old Farid Hussain died in January. Last month 15-year- old William Laskero-Teskosk was struck and killed. Police say it appeared Schutt had been struck by a train and Lake County coroner Artis Yancey says his injuries were consistent with such an incident.
